"Lovely little hotel in a great location of Ağva. The rooms are cute and clean (amazing shower!), the staff is friendly and the location is as central as it can get. Within a short walk you'll be at the beach, the river, all the local restaurants and bars as well as the main bus stop to Istanbul. And still the neighbourhood is calm and you can sleep with the windows open. I would always come again! "

There's no lift in case you have heavy baggage. We carried our bags up ourselves . Had top floor room. Room spacious. Bathroom in need of refurbishment. No toiletries were provided just towels. All was nice however our room wasn't cleaned by the maid at all during our stay. Close to the beautiful beach. "

"The place is not kept well. Biggest issue we had was that the bed had blood stain like it was somebody’s period. We noticed it after having slept on blood stains. And we found a girl’s necklace in the bed. Clearly sheets were not changed. "
