"This hotel has just recently opened, so they are still working a few things out. This did not distract from our stay. Room was clean and modern with a smart TV that allowed you to log into Prime and Netflix.
The Spa and Pool were excellent. However, the pool floor was really slippery when wet.
The staff were great and informative especially Ozgurk at the front desk.

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was extremely dirty and the level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The furniture was very old and worn out. The walls in the room were peeling badly, literally like an orange peel.
There was even a hole in the wall under the window, and instead of fixing it properly, they placed a wooden board to cover it. This felt unsafe and very unprofessional.
