"Stayso just became one of our favorite hotels. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a happy one, and they succeeded. They were patient and accomodating. The property is a little bit away from the main historical sites (about 20-25 minutes by car), but other than that, everything was perfect. The rooftop restaurant & bar has spectacular views of the city, delicious food, and excellent service. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Our next trip back, we will certainly stay there...

Whenever something didn’t go as it should, they responded quickly, resolved the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was back on track. "Excellent hotel very clean with accommodating staff , eg lending us their Istanbul metro card for use was an unexpected gesture . The hotel is very cosy but has all the modern amenities you would expect at a four star hotel and breakfast is limited but fulsome . The location is perfect for people wishing to spend time at the nearby mosque. Will stay again inshallah . "

"Excellent service (Harun specifically), extremely clean. The room was as described, the swimming pool was amazing. I would recommend staying here especially if you are spending time in and around this location (212 Outlet/ Mall of Istanbul) however if you want to go to the old town (Sultan Ahmet/ Hagia Sofia) then its a 8-10 minute walk to Mahmutbey metro and 45-50mins metro journey. The majority of amenities are available around Mahmutbey metro station. I would definitely book again."

"Amazing hotel with great amenities. The breakfast is very tasteful, rooms service anytime you need it. Unlimited coffee, and tea. Beautiful pool, workout area etc. I stayed for 10 days. Also close to Istanbul Mall which is very big with May stores"

"Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent."

"I had a wonderful stay at the **Rotana Hotel during my solo trip to Turkey. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The location was about 25-30 mins from all the tourist places. Traveling alone can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team here made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"I wouldn't call this hotel 5 stars. The rooms are okay, average at best. The pool, sauna and steam room are fine. Housekeeping staff are very hospitable and helpful, but front desk staff, not so much. Also located relatively far from public transport (though knew this before booking) and not too far from the airport."
