"I booked a 3 bed room (to ensure I got at least 2 beds). Upon arrival we were given 1 double and told the hotel was full. When I showed what I booked the guy on reception just shrugged and repeated that the hotel was full. We never saw another guest the hotel while we were there. The room itself was fine, breakfast is included (breakfast plate served in the restaurant across the street). Parking is free only after 5pm. Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "
