Enjoyable stay in beautiful old part of Eskişehir

A lovely traditional hotel in the heart of the beautiful old part of the City, although in a pedestrianised area with shops and restaurants close by it was very easy to get a taxi in a nearby street to go elsewhere in Eskişehir. None of the properties in the old quarter look to have air con but our room had a fan and plenty of windows so we were comfortable even in the middle of August. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, beautifully presented traditional Turkish breakfast and plenty of it! Would definitely stay here again when we revisit Eskişehir.

The accommodation and hotel were lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the noise and conversations from the cafe 4-5 meters away from our window ( since it was summer, the window was open) were practically in the room (morning and evening). There should have been extra toilet paper for a room with three people. The sudden cut-off of water while taking a shower was also a plus.

Experience the atmosphere of Odunpazari old-town

Pros: - Perfect location: Situated in the heart of Odunpazari old town, allowing you to fully experience its charming atmosphere. - Attentive staff: The staff was very helpful and responsive. - Comfortable beds: The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Cons: - Limited amenities: As a boutique hotel in a historic house, it lacks some modern amenities. For example, there's no A/C, and noise at night might be an issue if you're sensitive, etc, etc... However, this contributes to an authentic Turkish old-town experience, which I enjoyed. - Parking: Car traffic is restricted in the area, making parking a bit tricky. The parking area is nearby but not directly at the hotel. I recommend contacting the hotel for parking instructions before arrival. They are very helpful.

Çalışanlar samimi ve ilgiliydi. Oda konusuna gelirsek odanın konsepti güzel olsa da pek hijyenik sayılmazdı. Yorgan lekeliydi. Çarşafın üzerinde saç telleri kalmıştı. Oda petekle ısınıyordu o yüzden biraz soğuktu.(bizim konakladığımız tarihler arası yağmurlu olduğu için üşümüş olabiliriz). Oda aydınlatması yetersiz geldi. Sarı ışık kullanılması güzel detaylardandı fakat artırılabilir. Konumu gayet güzeldi. Odunpazarının içinde, porsuk çayına biraz uzak kalsa da yürüyerek rahatlıkla geçebilirsiniz.

Tek bir ufak sorun var ki yola bakan odalara aşırı araç gürültüsü geliyor. O nedenle arkaya bakan odalar tercih edilebilir. Bu konuda personel zaten elinden geldiğince yardımcı oluyor. Oda temizdi, konumu ve personeller gayet iyidi. Gidebileceğimiz yerler konusunda bize destek oldular misafirperverlerdi. Odadaki tuvaletin sifonunun tazyiği azdı ve merkezi ısıtma olduğu için bazen oda soğuktu(Geldiğimiz zaman Eskişehir’in normallerinden çok daha soğuktu bunun etkisi olmuştur muhtemelen). Bunlar dışında herhangi bir olumsuzluk yoktu, her şey gayet iyidi memnun kaldık.

Konum olarak merkezi ve otopark problemi yok. Görünür olarak temiz ancak oda tozluydu. Banyonun da derinlemesine bir temizlik ihtiyacı vardı.
