"Kind, Caring & Easy communication. Late check in after visiting friends, clear instructions and guidance in how to access property and room. Was a freezing & windy night in Hobart, so grateful for the heaters popped on, welcoming us with a warm and cozy space to retreat. Breakfast was delicious and we very much appreciated the fresh fruit and delicious coffee. "

"The hotel is well located between the CBD and Salamanca area. Having a laundry is useful when you are on the road. My only complaint with the room was that it has a very small bathroom with a small shower."

"We loved our view of the river. Parking was good. Unfortunately we had a canvas awning or something flapping all night outside our room. I made the mistake of getting into bed with no light on....never again. I woke up to find blood on the sheets. It was also on my husbands side of the bed. Neither one of us had cuts on us. When I informed reception the man told me "Sorry maybe one of the Housekeeping staff had a cut on their hand. It made me feel sick knowing we had slept on someone else's blood. Lovely view though"
