"I had an unpleasant experience at breakfast. Other guests were asked if they wanted coffee or tea, but no one asked me anything. Even when I asked for coffee myself, it never came. Guests who arrived after me got their coffee right away. I had to ask several times before mine finally came.
There were no small plates left, the breakfast room was quite small, and my omelette order never arrived in the end."

My only recommendation is that I got repeatedly lost trying to find the location from the train station Part-Dieu...would be helpful if there was a map or specific directions how to get to the hotel from the train station (apologies if I missed it). "The staff is what makes this hotel a great place to stay. Professional and friendly are the best descriptors for them. The hotel also has a very good location. Don’t let the facade of the building put you off as this is a very nice place to stay while in Lyon."
