"Traveling with children, this hotel was welcoming, clean, safe, and close to the bust station, not far from the main city and meeting place for excursions via bus or Uber, was right near a mall plaza with grocery stores and restaurants, was very family friendly. The breakfast buffet had an array of bread, fruit, hot food, cheese, coffee options every day unlike an American continental breakfast. The room service was reasonably priced and convenient. Housekeeping was timely and caring. The staff we encountered in the restaurant and front desk and housekeeping were all kind and professional and helpful. Yeliz at the front desk was wonderful. The hotel even had little details that helped such as letting us use an umbrella and a power converter, which we did not have. Across the street of the hotel you could experience the Swiss locals and culture as families did outdoor biking, scooters, sat at cafes, played chess and piano."

"Two of us stayed here for one night on a whirlwind trip in the area. The hotel's location is great... right on the river, and the associated restaurant has tables right above the river path. The room was large (it was a room for 3 or 4, I think) and had a balcony looking over the river. The restaurant prices were good, as was the food. Overall, very nice."

"We arrived at about 7:30pm and checked in. On going to the restaurant we found that the evening meal times were 18:00 - 19:00! However, the staff were very helpful and found us a table and we ate then. Bothe the room and the meal were very good, the breakfast too. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to try out the amenities. We would go again."

"A unique setting in a beautiful area. The hotel is located right next to the Rhine River in a scenic location where the river moves rapidly with a soothing sound. The view also includes a small island that is a pedestrian park. The surrounding historic center city is well preserved and gives you a real feeling for what the area looked like in the Middles Ages. Furnishings are dimple but comfortable. The hotel restaurant is good, but expensive, and there are many other dining choices nearby. The local thermal springs spa at Sole Uno is one of the best in Europe."
