It was not a good experience. The hotel is far from Zurich airport. We arrived late due to traffic delays and there were no one to assist. There are 2 hotel buildings. The economic category one doesn’t have a lift. The Bathroom didn’t have door but curtain. There were no basic amenities like tea or coffee in the room. We booked in 3 rooms and with elderly parents it was challenging.

Accueil professionnel. Nous avions une chambre confort dans le bâtiment principal où il y a la piscine et la salle du petit déjeuner. Grand parking avec une partie couverte. Chambre relativement grande avec balcon, coffre fort et mini frigo. Chambre et salle de bains très propre et au calme. Petit déjeuner excellent et très complet salé / sucré. La piscine intérieure est très sympa, l’eau est relativement chaude pour y rester. L’espace sauna neuf est très bien avec salle de repos avec vue sur la campagne. Nous n’avons pas pris la formule demie pension mais avons très bien mangé au restaurant à la carte. Le restaurant est situé dans l’autre hôtel à 100 mètres. Séjour très reposant, la région est très belle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Personnel très sympathique et avenant. Nous reviendrons dès que possible.
