"I miss placed my purse which I worried might have been left at a store which was closed. Mr Freitas graciously called the police office to see if it was turned in. He and the hotel staff were most gracious. It did turn up hanging on a chair under my shirt. This was 36 hours after a really rough flight through LHR and two seniors struggling with severe jet lag. We felt everyone was most helpful and the room was absolutely perfect for our needs. "

"Welcome to the sleepy town of Luneburg. The room was very homey with a/c. This hotel is in a perfect location to go exploring on foot. The selection for breakfast has many good choices. I had the best schnitzel in the restaurant on this trip to Germany. Thankfully this charming town wasn’t destroyed by the war. "

"The location is great cute little shops in the area, also on street parking is not hard to find. Walkable and rooms are clean and good size. The staff is wonderful, they were very accomodative and excellent service. Highly recommended would be back if I’m in Hamburg again, also this location is even better than the location they have in Hamburg downtown although is on the outskirts. "

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were shown but none were in our room. There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."

"Great spacious room for a family with two kids. Check-in and out was super easy and smooth. Shops/ bakers etc in walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"Der Aufenhalt war insgesamt gut, aber als wir in Eingangsbereich warten mussten, lief ununterbrochen der Fernsehsender MTv Musik. mir ist nicht bekannt wie das Durchschnittsalter ihrer Gäste ist, aber diese Musikclips sind wohl nur für unter 20 jährige gut. Warum läuft da nicht z.b. ein Nachrichtensender, das wäre für alle interessant"
