"The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the airport, 5 minutes from hotel to gate! Evening meals are served up to 22.15 which was really handy and the menu was good. Would recommend to anyone with an early flight. "

"The room was really nice and spacious, but they really need an elevator (lift) as our room was 2 floors up and I am disabled. Food was excellent- we’re sorry we had to miss breakfast due to an early flight. Staff was very helpful."

"The hotel was super close to shopping and has a wonderful view of Inverness Castle, it is also right on the river. Needs some updating and fixing. Parking is down the street a block at the Cathedral where you can pay for 24 hour parking. "

"This is an old hotel right next to the train station. It was very convenient for me to stay the night before my trip to Glasgow. I booked a cozy single room for the night. The room is very tiny. The bed is very tiny. But that’s what I booked. So it shouldn’t have been a surprise. The Bathroom was surprisingly large given how tiny everything else was. The towels were nice water was a bit lukewarm. There was a heated towel rack which was nice. The shower is also very tiny.The bed was comfortable even though it was very tiny and I managed to sleep a few hours. I was really pleased that the window opened. It was perfect for a while so before continuing my trip of Scotland. I was able to leave my luggage while I wandered it round Inverness again. So really this is about convenience. Under the same circumstances I would stay again but perhaps book a room with a bigger bed."

"Beautiful classy hotel with very friendly staff. Kyle welcomed us and made us feel so special. There is also a farm behind the backyard lawn where we got to see and pet Scottish highland cows and their babies through the fence!"

"Excellent location. Our suite was spacious throughout. Parking was a challenge and check in directions to room could have been more helpful. Coffee maker did not work and had no directions. Distillery tour was informative and tasting was very good. Lakeside restaurant food was excellent and the staff were wonderful. "
