"Beautiful hotel and a superb breakfast. Spotless room, and very spacious considering we got the cheapest room in offer. Loads of room! Very comfy bed and pillows. Our room had a great view out onto the dene/back garden (room 5). High quality breakfast cooked to order, with help yourself continental, again very high quality food on offer. Great lounge to chill out in on an evening too. Good for walks around the jesmond dene."

"Another excellent stopover stay at the Osborne Hotel, Jesmond. Special thankyou to Receptionst / Admin. laura who chnaged our room when we arrived so we could have a bath in the ensuite. Safe parking in spaces assigned to the hotel at the back. All staff as ever friendly. Excellent location close to many restaurants and the city centre. We went to a Chinese resuarant called Kwai Feh, 5 miles, away at Branton South, South Dr, Newcastle upon Tyne NE13 9DZ who do a happy hour meal deal and cheap...

"Booked a twin double room last minute for the Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday nights. The room was perfect with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.The staff at breakfast and in the bar are fantastic. Very welcoming, attentive and helpful. My boy and me used the pool both mornings and having recently stayed at the Liverpool Crowne plaza, the pool here is much much better."

"Great hotel a stone throw from Newcastle Central Station. Plenty bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean room, corridors and public areas. Helpful, friendly staff. Room a good size for a family of 3. Even had a safe which you don't often see. Aircon good (once we worked out the best settings!). Comfortable beds. A tiny bit of street noise but nothing that would keep you awake. We heard nothing from other rooms (above/below/adjacent). Breakfast usual "free breakfast" fayre....

"The whole thing was excellent! The property was clean and spacious. Parking convenient and good value at £12 per night. Staff were very helpful. We checked in out of hrs and were given easy instructions on how to access parking and property. Really comfy beds, quiet location, very clean inside the apartment. Everything in good working order. TV had a slight crackle occasionally but this was a minor thing. Amenities were in good working order and in good condition. I works definitely stay here...
