Great venue once we found it. Only signage was on 96. Davis Rd. was hard to find. Desk staff and room was great.

Good breakfast, nice pool. Hot tub was a little TOO hot.

Your manager Brandy is exceptional. I’ve been to many Holiday Inn’s and this one deserves the upgrades that the others have had. The other staff is very happy and caring with the exception of night staff member Holly. She needs some re-training on customer care and friendliness.

It was the best place to stay I have stayed at in years! The staff are the friendliest most helpful I ave seen. Check in smooth and the smiles made the freezing weather thaw. Highly recommended just to visit and relax.

My husband and I booked this property and came in late with our baby. After we checked in we realized we forgot milk for our son. Henrietta was more than helpful. She acted as if she was a Grandma for our son. She got us a cup of milk so we wouldn’t have to go back out. We went up to our room when we realized we left his bedding in a bag at home, we came down to ask for some sheets for his pack and play when she gave us clean children’s bedding. Great service & clean. Good breakfast. Ths only thing I recommend is flavored cream at the coffee bar in the morning. French vanilla & hazelnut for example.

We stayed for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. Staff was very nice; breakfast daily was very good and the breakfast serving staff very police and cheerful! The complimentary cookies/sweets in the lobby at night was a nice touch which my husband and daughter enjoyed!

I liked that it was kind of off the main grid of the city. Nice and quiet. Very clean

Great property, would stay again

We had 3 adults and one four year old so the 2 queen beds and pullout sofa worked well. Having lot a of space for toys as well as refrigerator and microwave was perfect. The pool also provided a fun family activity. The hot breakfast was exceptional with lots of healthy options and really great variety.

This hotel is exceptionally clean, well kept up and has everything you would need. Our room was spotless, we had an extra blanket in the closet if we needed it, plenty of towels, plenty of pillows, and did I mention how clean it was? Water pressure in the shower was good, bathroom was spotless and the provided toiletries were high quality. Front desk staff was welcoming and very quick to get us checked in/out.
