I needed to stay nearby the hospital, and this location provided a clean and safe place to get a good night's sleep. I will say that the hotel and room are a bit outdated and the room itself kind of smelled (not dirty, but stuffy/old), but I got the rest I needed and the reception staff were nice.

My issue with this place is prices. Especially for only offering one bed. The cupboard is extra expensive. With them offering the amenities that they do bring your own food and drinks, wayy cheaper. Place is fairly clean, no issues there. Had a problem with a wet floor and that was taken care of right away! Someone replced the garbage disposal and didn't remove the knockout. Wasn't offered an upgrade or discount for the inconvenience. Stay here every year for the stallion expo which is convenient. Overall, not a bad place to stay and i do recommend it.

The room had a mini kitchen which was perfect for us since we were there for parents weekend and had a lot of food for tailgating the next day. We were able to put everything in the fridge and did not worry about have to keep the coolers full of ice all night. Definitely staying here again anytime we need a place while visiting our daughter at MSU.
