"I never was able to get a room on the property. They canceled my reservation without notify me."

"The best part of the property is the lobby. The rooms themselves felt older and worn. The greatest regret of our stay was eating breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Waited 15 minutes for a staff member to even notice we were waiting to be seated. We asked for a high chair which never came, were offered water which never came, and had to physically leave the table to search for someone to ask for the bill - literally no staff member came close to our table after the food arrived. In the end, I had to go back to the room with my 1 year old and 3 year old while my husband waited for the bill to finally arrive because the kids were losing it and there was no end in sight. Food was pricey and super basic. We could have had a much better experience at half the price at any Lubbock breakfast restaurant. "

"SoI Have stayed at this hotel 3 times before this. Was always satisfied but this time it was horrible. The staff was rude when checking in. My room did not seem very well cleaned. My bed was so noisy that every time you moved it made a horrible noise. I was so disappointed this time around. It has been a few months since I stayed last but it has really went down hill. I won’t be staying there again. The happy hour was still good. And the pool and hot tub was on. But again very bad experience this time."

"We arrived early and was just going to wait. The front desk lady who was sitting in the lobby on her phone says,” We don’t have any rooms cleaned.” I told her that was ok as we were early and know check in is at three. She then said,” I don’t know if we will have any rooms cleaned at three.” I told her well I booked two rooms and left it at that. We waited, me and seven kids. We did get our rooms but her attitude was irritation of us just being there. Location was on the highway and not in a good part of town. The rest of the staff were very kind ; especially the morning man who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was hot, room was clean. Shower head was partially clogged. I would stay again but hopefully not run into her again."

"The rooms were very old looking. Furniture was old. The door would not lock unless you slammed it several times. "

"Management is rude. Unreasonable about changing check in and check out times. Lied about contacting me to decline the request for a later check out time"
