"Enjoyed my staff. The clerks at the desk all were very pleasant from checking in to checking out. The clerk that checked me in on Saturday 4/4/26 around 1pm was awesome. The housekeeping attendant (Black female) that was cleaning rooms on the 2nd floor around 12:30pm near my room 223 took the time out to help me put on my necklace. The breakfast was excellent and Doral made sure every thing was good. Always a Hilton fan but the Holiday Inn Express Hotels has a new customer."

"Clean room, staff was so sweet, kitchen fully stocked with all the things you need to cook and eat with, shops are 2 minutes away, rooms smelled so freah, walking into the property doors every time smelled so good, court yard was beautiful and has everything they said it would have, they have an elevator, gym was nice we didnt have time to go in and use it but we did look around. It was amazing and we will be back."

"The room was dirty, the bed covers were torn , the tub was disgusting . Breakfast was horrible the waffle mix smelt sour , other guests told us we shouldnt feed it to our children. But the lady who checked us in was very sweet. "
