"We were in room 1008 which is right next to the elevators and all you could hear all day/night was the loud sound of the elevator going up and down "

"Overall the stay was pretty great for price. My granddaughter wanted to swim but the pool was dirty. Now like I told my granddaughter I’m not sure if they run the pool like our community pool and only open it during summer or just had not cleaned it yet to be opened but we were able to get in pool area so that was confusing and a huge disappointment to her as she is a swimmer and wanted to use it. It was a great stay and friendly staff. I would stay again for certain. "

"It was a beautiful hotel right off the Riverwalk. The moment we drove up the valet was there to open our doors ready to take your bags and car to park. All most fast then you can gather your things. They didn’t mention that them doing that would be an additional $99 when we checked out. There wasn’t parking anywhere near at all so we assumed this is the only way to park your car. Just something I think would be nice to know before booking here. I’m we stayed one night and enjoyed it over all. "

The hotel itself smells incredible, which adds to the overall fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms offer great views, and everything is always clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is also fantastic, especially the outdoor dining area, which is absolutely beautiful. Francisco, the waiter, always provides great service and truly enhances the dining experience. Overall, an amazing stay every time—I highly recommend it!"
