Breakfast was good. Area around the hotel was not clean. Bird poop all over so you need to be careful about where you walk to avoid being pooped on. Our room was right near a tree where the birds was roosting and they were noisy (deafening/shrll) until way past midnight and then at it again at dawn. Room was clean, but bath tub was chipped in multiple places. Hotel could benefit from a renovation.

Room was clean, though some of the maintenance was not professional looking around the tub and such. Would like an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The AC worked well enough but the room felt a little humid. Breakfast was decent and a value for the money. Staff interactions were friendly and courteous. Main complaint was someone staying with dogs that barked in the night. We are dog owners and would stop ours if barking. I didn't call on it; I was too tired and may have woken my wife.

Clean and decent hotel. The wall paper behind the bed is peeling some and the ac unit is a bit confusing to operate due to having both a wall thermostat and a unit thermostat. The elevator was broken on the day we checked out. I prefer a newer property but overall this place was ok for the price. Staff was kind and the hotel was clean.

For an animal friendly room it was clean, but seemed very outdated compared to the room i booked online. The microwave is obnoxious and has a steady loud ringing noise the whole time its on. The fridge is not cold so drinks stay warm. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was what you'd expect and was clean. The staff were friendly and inviting except the male attendant on friday afternoon, he can use some customer service training. Room servive was good and the cleaning staff were very nice. Im lucky my wife speaks spanish. Next time i wont come with a pet to see how much nicer the non pet rooms are. Hotel is located nicely in new braunfels and central to most everything.
