"Our room was excellent! Everything was very clean and the staff was great!"

"The downtown location is the main reason for our stay. We waited nearly 3 hrs. after the 4:00 check-in time for our room due to staffing. This prevented us from enjoying the pool before our show in the evening. The room was clean & the A/C worked fine. The bed pillows were worn out flat and need to be replaced. "

"Breakfast was excellent!!!! We understand that it is an older hotel, however the TV was tiny and all the cords hanging down took away from the charm. The furnishings in the room could be updated, but it was still very very nice. Staff was GREAT! Restaurants also wonderful, clean, great service and great food."

"The staff were excellent! Friendly and helpful. The Drury Inn is lucky to have such great staff. From the gal that checked us in to the staff that puts out the food etc. They made us feel welcome and comfortable."

"Room needs to have carpet replaced. It was so filthy the bottom of my feet turned black. There us mold around the windows and on the curtains. The bathroom needs updated. There was no mat to put inside the tub and it was very slippery. It was a very old tub. Won't stay there again."

"Complimentary breakfast had a really good variety and options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was effortless and clear with hotel amenities. The room was clean and fresh; bathrooms were well kept. I mattress was definitely starting to wear out but still sleep able. "
