"Bed is very comfortable . I was in a room on the end and for some reason, the birds would hit the window at 6 AM every morning. Definitely a different wake up call. Would still stay there again."

"Breakfast area is really small and hardly didn’t even have the basic breakfast ingredients. The room was cleanliness was pretty good. The parking lot is kinda of stretchy but overall sub par. "

"Staff was nice and friendly at check-in. First appearance seemed clean, I have never seen so much hair in a cleaned bathroom upon entry to a room. AC was good on low, noisy if on higher setting. Stayed at another nearby hotel several times with no issue but this Bldg is really close to the highway, road noise was loud. Due to issue needed to check out early, staff did not know what cancelation policy was and I got mixed info."

"The lady at check in was great super nice. I booked this motel because they had an indoor pool well when we went to the pool it said it closed at 10. While my son was swimming all the lights shut off at 9:45. J asked the lady at the front & she said the shut off when the pool closes and they didn’t have a way to turn them on. She was nice about it but it was a bummer my son couldn’t swim. Then the next morning we went to breakfast the pancake maker didn’t work & the front desk didn’t know how to fix it so my son decided to have cereal. Well my son made a bowl & went to get milk but nothing came out so I asked her for more milk & she informed me they have been out but no one has purchased anymore. I was blown away. Why did I pay extra for a room to swim & have breakfast & we didn’t get either. I was very disappointed. "

"Breakfast fare on Sunday was not up to the Best Western standards. The eggs were so watery, you could have drunk them."

"pitiful place charges Hilton prices for a $30 hotel, tv needed an engineer to operate, room wasn't reset, i had to get fresh towels for 2nd day, breakfast was gone at 9am on a saturday "
