Everytime we stay here we feel welcome. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure that we have all that we need. The morning coffee is wonderful and readily available. The property is safe and quiet, especially considering its proximity to I-35. Surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, one has everything needed.

The staff and management here is friendly and accommodating. The coffee in the mornings is great (Community Coffee) and readily available during the posted hours. Despite being next to I-35, the property is quiet and is kept mostly clean. Plenty of lighting on the parking lot to keep things safe.

The staff here is tremendous! Every person we've encountered has been friendly and accommodating. We're in a tight spot, and the management has worked with us to make sure that we're taken care of. Housekeeping is always smiling and friendly, and checks on us to make sure that we have everything we need.

Being next to I-35, we were concerned about highway noise, but it's actually quiet. Good lighting on the parking lot makes walking around the property safe. Yes, I've posted several reviews saying the same things. That's because they're true. My family and I have been lucky enough to stay here through several reservations, many times back-to-back. Things don't change, though - we had other options that we could have taken advantage of, but we keep coming back to this property. Even though the property is older, it is kept in good shape and is suitable for travelers, workers, and families alike. The staff is friendly and makes sure that we have all that we need. The price is right for what you get.

This establishment has 80% falsified pictures. I do not recommend. Moreso, I do believe that false advertising laws make what they are portraying illegal. There are 2 pictures online that truly reflect this establishment and I have recommended that Hotels.com remove them from their listed properties. Because travelers cannot trust the listing - it makes me question every listing on this site.

We stayed in Hillsboro after a concert in Waco. The room is clean, comfortable and perfect for what we need it for. The lady who checked us in said s amazing. She was super friendly and helpful when our tv wasn’t working.

Property/room was not what was pictured when i booked stay. Clerk was nice, the room was absolutely the worst. Bed cover had mold and mildew, dust all over the bed, dead bugs on the floor in numerous areas. Trash behind nightstand. Wouldnt even consider using the jacuzzi tub.Asked for a different room and while it was better, it still had dead bugs. Bed was uncomfortable and hwy noise was tolerable given the conditions. Would never stay here again. Felt like we should have been compensated more than just switching rooms and watching the night clerk clean.

The property was in the condition that I expected for the rate they were receiving. It was not perfect but acceptable for the one night we were staying. We were trying to be reasonable and not expect too much. The room could have been a little cleaner, the bed could have been better (something popped every time my wife moved) but for the price, we could accept those items.

The rooms dont look like the picture on the website. Supposedly the rooms are smoke-free and they smell horrible. The property parking lot is very dirty with cigarettes butts everywhere. Trash bags and old washer under the stairs aslo they dont have a swimming pool anymore.

Okay for the cost. No in room coffee. only one trash can in room . My wife was bitten then killed one bedbug the lobby was notified upon checkout. All items washed according to recommendations upon returning home. Room searched no others were found.

Very disappointed

First of all, i want to say that I have a terrible experience. I check in al 12:30 AM December 15 and check out at 6:00 AM same day. I stay at room 222, the heather doesn't work and was very cold. The bathroom had a lot of molds, and the towel were bloody. The room was not smoking and smell a lot of cigarettes. The receptionist was rude and didn't do any help for anything. you need more reasons? I am very disappointed from this place. Please check my account with hotels.com

Upon checking in, I found that the floor had not been swept and I found a walnut size cockroach on it's back and still alive. I went to ask for a dustpan and broom. I went back to the office with the intention of showing them (no yelling involved) that their housekeeping staff is not doing an adequate job and the young female receptionist accused me of being disrespectful. I was a bit confused and flabbergasted. They accepted my money in exchange for a clean room and she felt that I was the disrespectful one. Then she told me that she wanted us to check out and leave. I said no because I had no where else to go. She stated that she could tell that I was the type of person who would complain about everything until I checked out. She proceeded to tell me that she'd rather I didn't stay because she knows I'm going to give a bad review. I told her that I had not planned on doing that but I would certainly be doing that now due to her rudeness. I went back to my room and a few minutes later the phone rang. She was calling me to tell us that she wanted us to check out and if we did not, she would call the cops. I told her that if she could find me a hotel nearby, I would gladly leave (there were no hotel rooms available anywhere because it was the day before the eclipse). I had pre-paid $75 for this room and I think she wanted me to leave so she could re-rent it for twice the cost to some desperate person looking for a last minute room. Cops never came. Horrible woman.

The staff has consistently been friendly and courteous. Even though they don't know the whole story, we are in dire straits, and they have been accommodating to us at every turn. The room is quieter than expected right next to the interstate, and the building/property is kept in good order.

The room was filthy. Floor was not swept. Commode was actually covered with feces and urine. Coffee pot still had the coffee grounds from last patron. Bed was not made properly. Two lights did not work. Towels in bathroom were dirty and stained. There were cigarette butts and trash behind the dresser. This was supposed to be a nonsmoking room.

This hotel was awful looked nothing like the picture. At check in was told they hadn’t started the breakfast they advertised. First few rooms I saw had the doors open with the mattress against the door frame so that was nice. Then couldn’t even count the number of flies i could see through the window before opening the door to my room. I couldn’t stay there and mistakenly I didn’t pay for the cancellation policy so basically I just threw money away. Don’t go the cheap route like I tried to.

I paid extra just for breakfast, but there was none. I was overcharged for my stay here. Staff wasn't very friendly. It also lits they have a hot tub, which they do not. If you do book here dont do it on expedia. I spent $50-$70 per night when they have a sign outside that says $39 per night.
