"Para un hotel tan caro y no tener desayuno gratis la picsina super apestosa a clorox q parecia esta muy sucia (agua color verde) la puerta d mi habitacion la cerradura no servia ya q cuando salia dl cuarto si yo no la ajustaba no cerraba y cualquier persona podia tener ingreso a mi cuarto la nevera no enfria mucho y a media noche x los pasillos niñas adolecentes corriendo haciendo mucho ruido d risas y gritos fue una noche pesima. ⭐️⭐️"

"The pool closes at 9 pm. The kids were very disappointed after spending hours in the car to get there just to find out the pool had already closed for the evening. Our room had a jacuzzi tub but you had to sit up to turn on the jets. Once this happened, water shot out of the back jets across the room, getting the carpet soaked. So needless to say, the jacuzzi tub was unusable unless just soaking."

"Will NEVER stay here again. The pool was closed, which okay cool. The power went out, meaning the elevators were down. My husband had to carry our stuff up 5 flights of stairs with no help from staff. I asked for sheets for the pull out bed & the front desk lady (Felicity? I think) told her coworker “I’m tired of needy guest, this is my last day” while I was still in earshot. So unprofessional & absolutely RUINED our family fun for the weekend. Pretty sure I lost my wallet there & no one is calling me back about it. & they have yet to release my hold for both of my rooms. 0/10 absolutely awful!"

"No hot tub. Breakfast is only sugary snacks. Front desk was very nice. Rooms have peeling paint and old paint. Bed doesn't have a box spring. Just a mattress on a metal frame. Very old and out dated rooms. Perfect place to sleep to not sleep in your car. But maybe sleeping in your car is better? "
