"It was clean and well organized"

"Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. "

"Room was clean and spacious. All kitchen utensils must be supplied by customer. Laundry room was large with multiple washer and dryer’s. Staff were helpful and friendly. Now here are my complaints, fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Other rooms were very loud during the middle of the night. I had multiple rooms playing loud music all through the night. Hotel is worth the price but some of the customers made it hard me to enjoy."

"The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. The people in the room next to us partied all night as loud as they could and staff refused to do anything about it. Ended up checking out at 3am because we obviously weren't going to get any sleep and someone hit my truck with a beer bottle that broke my windshield - again - staff couldn't have cared less. Horrible stay - I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone unless they buy and sell drugs - they seemed to have plenty of that going on. "
