Hotels in Pecan Hill

"No Coffee/Tea in room, no breakfast items, vending machines only. Requested one more pillow, bed has 3 small pillows..Mgr said he thought the “cleaning ladies already left”..? Got no pillow. Only 1 of 2 wall lights worked, that was only light in main room.TV is not “user able” with remote. Small table under TV, not lit well enough to read or work, without full sunlight and drapes fully open."

"Canvas hotel is a beautiful place, the staff was very friendly with me and my family, the check in and check out was very smooth. Definitely is going to be our favorite place for stays in Dallas. "

"2 queen room stay. 1 bed was gross with lots of hair in the sheets. Couch was worn out and filthy. Lamp shades were beyond worn out. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. "

"Parking ok. A/C ok. Key cards stop working and have to go to office for reset. Locks on doors didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t come the next day. When they did they forgot to replace towels. Floors filthy. People smoking cigarettes and weed right outside the doors everyday. Dirty stairwells. Wont come back."

"Hotel is overall okay, located off the beating path but right next to restaurants and grocery stores. Price was great and the staff were wonderful. Where this hotel struggles is with it's age - rooms were clean and comfy, but the new coat of pain couldn't quite cover the stains on the couch, lamps, and walls or the broken furniture. Nothing was gross or unsafe, just very heavily used. Pool was in rough shape and the breakfast was the most mediocre I've had in a while. Overall good stay and no tegrets on the accommodation."
