"This hotel is our favorite pet-friendly hotel in downtown Durham. During this last visit, I had inadvertently double booked myself a room directly with the hotel and on Expedia. The check-in host was so kind to cancel the room booked directly with the hotel without penalties. I certainly was not expecting that and figured I'd be paying for two rooms due to my oversight. Thank you 21c hotel. That made my day, and I will certainly return. "

"Easy parking though if you have a large SUV, it might be a tight fit. Great location to several eating options and DPAC. Quirky motel style hotel. We stayed on the pool floor and it was Igloo season and music was playing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows, we slept well. We’d definitely stay there again."
