"The breakfast area was very clean ,and the man that was cooking and greeting everyone (and it was busy) he did a wonderful job. We came in on Sat and left Thur.Had breakfast daily and he was kind and friendly.He told us what was available and when he had refills coming out. We did have a cockroach in our room .It came out from under a cabinet.We took it down to front desk, They came and vacuumed and offered to spray. I understand this happens…. A girl at the front(Mira?) was very helpful anytime we had questions. We enjoyed her. "

"My partner sneezed most of the night - there must have been animals in the room before us, but it was billed as a "no pets" room. We had booked a king room, but the desk clerk who checked us in said this one would be better because no animals had been in it. I'm not sure that was true. There wasn't enough food for breakfast. We were there at 8 am. The desk clerk indicated that they do not replenish supplies and didn't seem to care. There were others who came after us and they were out of luck. We didn't have enough towels. One of the reading lights over the bed was burned out. The freezer was so full of ice we could not use it. The toilet area was not very clean. We will not stay at a Red Roof Inn again."

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was light — muffins/donuts/water/cofffee/hot water for tea/yogurt/bottled water — sufficient enough to get us out the door Parking lot as good, plenty of space. Would highly recommend Cherokee Brewing, which is right across the street for dinner — good pizza and beer!"

"The room was clean and my bed was comfortable but hard to sleep in because the noise and light pollution were unmanageable without earplugs and a sleep mask. The train runs all night and it right in front of the building, there are blackout curtains but they cannot reach corner to corner and the light coming in is too much. I had the miss fortune of having neighbors who went through their cabinets like they thought open and shutting them repeatedly was going to produce something that wasn’t there before and it was so loud I thought they were in my room. I came in at night and there was no visible signage or instructions on the check in information that my room was all the way in the back of the building in a gravel lot. Although lit, the gravel parking lot didn’t feel secure. The remodel is beautiful and I would come back prepared with ear plugs and eye mask but I would not come back with company. There is very little chance of privacy for anyone as the walls are high and open, anyone trying to use the bathroom can be heard from any corner of the space; upstairs or downstairs due to the wall not connecting to the ce. The bedroom has a sliding door but has an open wall that looks down to the living room. The other bed nook meant for a child are 3 walled as well and on the other side of the bathroom and will be disturbed by anyone getting up to go to the bathroom. "

"I rented for 3 days and I regret every minute. The room was dirty the stove dirty,carpet,doors seriously never I had ever stayed in a room this dirty. The staff tho was very welcoming. Management has to put some effort. You can smell the weed garbage cans super overflowing,no,no,no. It has potential due to staff "
