"All is good "

"We checked in and subsequently checked out within an hour. The sink in our room was clogged with hair and had ants coming out of it. They sent a maintenance man to fix it which took the entire hour I was there. I asked to be moved to a new room… even offered to pay for a larger room that was available and was told no. Sink got fixed but I no longer felt like my family would have a pleasant stay at this hotel."

"Very comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious room. A tad dated but a great value. "

"Found hair in the bathroom and also they didn’t have the hot water and coffee filled. No staff at front desk to get info. "

"We had to request shower gel and shampoo as it was not replaced the last time it was cleaned. Also the bathroom fan was not working and was told that all the bathrooms have this issue. Also noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned to its standard as I noticed stains on the night stand and desk. Very disappointing as I frequently stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in various locations. "

"One of the best modestly priced hotels I have ever stayed. Not ever having stayed here, I was pleasantly surprised by everything this hotel offered. I look forward to staying in this chain in the future."
