How thoughtful! And as we were getting ready to leave home, we needed ice. We had a tiny plastic bag, and when Monica, a staff member, saw us trying to get ice, she not only gave us a bigger bag, but got the ice for us, which was a blessing. I never been to such a hotel where they truly care about their guests. "
