"The room smelled bad and we had to buy febreeze to help. Shower was old with rust on the doors, no where to put any items in shower. Sheets had a few visible stains. Phone looked like it had not been wiped off in a long time. No hair dryer in bathroom. Limited breakfast items. Pool was nice and maintained. Beds where comfortable."

"Staff was super nice and available 24/7. I’d come back just for the hospitality. The room seemed recently renovated but unfortunately with crappy ikea ish furniture - missing handles, broken cabinet doors, scratches on the floor, no full length mirror, only one mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean which was lovely! No mold in sight. We had a 1 room suite and there is only an AC in the bedroom area so you have to leave the bedroom door open all the time and turn on the little fan to cool the rest of the room which was pretty warm on entry. The pool had bird crap on the bottom of it which made it unusable for an entire day until I requested some way to clean it. They finally put the pool cleaning robot in sometime after (which took time to actually clean the bottom of the pool)…maybe I should have made the request sooner but also, the pool should just be clean when people are paying for these amenities. The continental breakfast was yummy and coffee available all day. Overall not bad, just disappointed that we paid $200 a night for the pool to be icky and some broken stuff in the room."

"I liked that the room was pet friendly and easy to take the dog out. Clean comfortable room The amenities stated that the property has a pool NO POOL I WAS TOLD IT CLOSED FOR COVID N NEVER REOPENED I was very disappointed I choose the property because it had a pool I would not have booked this property if I new this ahead of time. Also breakfast wasn't filled n coffee empty I got an eye roll from the server"
