"The room had a clump of hair in the bathroom upon arrival, as well as some crumbs on the couch, and was missing a robe. The staff quickly addressed these issues. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Location by the beach is perfect, plenty of restaurants nearby. The drinks at the bar were wonderful, with a great view of the water. The food at Landshark was hit or miss (but lots of other options nearby). The valet parking is expensive, but they were quick and efficient. Worth the cost as a vacation perk."

Was sent email from hotels.com that I would receive a free drink for each person in the room but they didn’t do this and said they didn’t have drinks at all not soda or water or anything."
