Otterbach creek, Lechtal Alps

Otterbach creek as seen at the beginning of the valley running to the village of Gramais in Lechtal Alps in Austria. It is almost the end of the round trek from Gramais over Memminger Huette and back. The descend from Memminger Huette takes some 3 to 4 hours and for us it was quite tough as we had to do it in the full mist and slight rain. However an experience does not have to be always pleasant as long as it is strong :)

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
