This was probably our favorite stay in Peru. The staff was so helpful and kind, the lobby area is beautiful, the breakfast was lovely and delicious. The location is extremely convenient. Generally, we loved Pisac, and wished we could have stayed another night.
Frank is an excellent employee of the Hotel, with the absolute best service you could ask. Frank answered every request graciously and always with a smile! No notes! Ten out of ten!

This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!
The room was extremely clean, the food at the restaurant is nothing less than amazing... you don't really need to leave for dinner they have a nice menu and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I did have to ask for a heater as we went and the temps were between 45-50 degrees and I'm from south florida so that's a bit cold for us.
The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.
It’s located walking distance to plaza. Breakfast is great! Vegetarian options for lunch and dinner are limited. The staff on the day I arrived told me that cab ride to the airport will be 10 soles. I booked my cab ride the next day and driver charged me 25 soles. Please be cautious when you are booking cab rides with the hotel.
Excellent Hotel if you want a walking distance location to the main plaza. Stuff was very friendly and helpful when in comes to tours, city information and food (Specially Cesar). Rooms were clean except that it was really cold and heater didnt do much. Overall great place to stay.
The hotel was exactly as presented in terms of quality and guest ratings as a top level 5 star hotel. Stayed 3 nights for an anniversary trip to Machu Pichu and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for this level of hotel property.

The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. Walkable distance to Plaza De Armas, there are markets nearby where you can buy fruits, crafts, etc. Staff was friendly and attentive, however there is no elevator.
Arrived early and yet I was accommodated right away. The room is roomy, nice clean beds and sheets and the bathroom is super clean. The staff is super friendly and nice. The buffet has nice selections, good enough to start your morning and there's always tea and coffee available at the lobby 24/7. The entire place is very comfortable and safe.

Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas.
