"Easy parking. Remember this is an efficiency so nothing but the essentials: clean sheets, towels, toilet and shower. I suggest asking for a room at the back as it can get noisy out front! The breakfast is great so take the breakfast. Finding a sitdown restaurant within walking which is open before 8pm is tough. Locals are quite reserved like Parissians!"

"Clean rooms, very modern, staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of the old town. The parking is terrible though, a very small lot in the back that fills up quickly. Very hard to navigate and not ideal for bigger vehicles. The Wi-Fi also was really bad, would work for a little bit but then completely stop working. "

"Not as convenient as some other hotels in Bilbao but not terribly out of the way (beware the uphill walk from town!). Breakfast is special - very large selection and many healthy choices, especially for gluten-free. The room was fine, parking was a little tough to get in and out in our suv - but onsite and simple. "The hotel is being used for the council for conflictive families. Man smoking smelly herbs in the main door. It was not pleasant. It is a real shame since it is a great location and the room itself, and service were great. U just want feel safe to stay/sleep."

"Fantastic value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom we had was a little small but modern and super clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was modern and the shower was powerful. It's basic but fine for an overnight stay. The underground parking was easy to locate and manoeuvre in unlike some hotel car parks. Secure and reasonably priced."
