"We always love staying at Villa Madruzzo — the staff is super kind and helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. The spa is clean and well-staffed, quiet and relaxing. Dinner seems to get better each time, excellent quality and portions. "Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. None of these things stopped us from having an excellent time and we would love to come back! Fantastic facilities and exceptionally positioned on the lake (not too far from picturesque Limone town)."
