This hotel is on a great location. The elevator helps with heavy luggage. Breakfast was perfect to have on the patio near the water. Parking was on location although there were only a few spots. Not sure if there’s another place to park. 20 euros a night. Overall a perfect place if you like to stay central and near the lake in very small villages.

Best place to stay near Garda

We stay there few nights as part of our longer trip around north of Italy - best place ever - recommend to everybody . Easy to commute , parking on site , close by pier , restaurant downstairs , friendly staff . Rooms clean and comfort .

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Benaco as a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids). From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and relaxed. The breakfast was just perfect, fresh, tasty, and with lots of choice, something for everyone in the family. The hotel’s restaurant is an absolute gem, easily one of the best meals we had during our trip, delicious food, beautifully presented, and a great atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better. Right by Lake Garda, it’s the ideal base for exploring, walking around, and soaking up the scenery. What really made the difference was the friendly staff and the overall vibe of the place, cozy, warm, and genuinely caring. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone who wants to enjoy the best of Lake Garda!

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at the hotel, good breakfast included, reasonable price, place really well located. I would just mention that we tried to have an aperitive at their restaurant, there were like 10 tables available outside and it would have taken 20 minutes before going out for dinner, but it was not possible even if we were guests as they said that the tables are only for having dinner. I didn’t find it polite.

The room was alright. It was small but had everything that we needed and the AC worked well. You need a gold room to access the hot tub area which was not clear when we booked. It costs 10€ to get this access for normal rooms. When we were given access to the hot tub it was set to 74 degrees F and took 8 hours to get to a reasonableness temperature. Although this is not necessarily the hotels fault it was sad because it was rainy during our stay. We wished we would have stayed in Riva Del Garda because it was way bigger are there were more activities to do.

Purtroppo non ho mai fatto una recensione negativa , ma in questo caso ritengo abbastanza grave la leggerezza con la quale è stata gestita una prenotazione , tra l'altro già pagata il 24 agosto scorso , delle 2 camere doppie uso singola prenotate. Al mio arrivo alla reception mi comunicano che a loro risultava un'unica camera doppia . Nel momento in cui ho mostrato la prenotazione , dopo aver cercato e chiamato aiuto , risulta in una cartellina la ns prenotazione , ma non la disponibilità della 2° camera ! Ha chiamato l'hotel a fianco ( Hotel GEIER ) che fortunatamente aveva una camera disponibile . Ritengo personalmente grave il fatto che una prenotazione già pagata non sia stata registrata con la dovuta attenzione, in quanto fortunatamente eravamo 2 adulti , ma ci fossero stati dei minori ? Inoltre il costo della camera ( pagata dall'hotel Benaco) all'hotel GEIER è di € 92 come da loro ricevuta in mio possesso che se necessario possa anche inoltrare . Chiedo pertanto quantomeno mi venga rimborsata la differenza rispetto a quanto pagato tramite l'app Hotels.com . Sono davvero rimasto senza parole . e' la prima volta che accade e mi auguro non debba più succedere .
