(concierge) went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. He helped arrange the flight over to the island, and a memorable Mayan tour, plus a relaxing day at The Secret Beach. Every detail was taken care of with genuine care and attention. I loved listening to the sound of the sea, enjoyed fresh tropical fruit, and exploring the city, meeting different people, and shopping in each unique boutique.
