Forget about a cuppa before bed or when you feel like it. 😂 No interphone in the room , you have to go downstairs to reception if you need something. Overall nice place to stay! The view of the river ! The view of the river Seine from the Restaurant !! Amazing "

"The breakfast was very very poor compare to the others hotels I' ve been before in Paris. Noone was coming to ask us about the breakfast. Noone to talk to. I am working in the hospitalityfor last twenty-five years now. I've been in Southend Seven hotel, you can't even compare the service. I was so impressed by the service given in Southend. From Front desk, Restaurant to House keeping Amazing job. Lovely hotel, friendly staffs, and so on. I am so grateful. "

"I felt very safe and fine here. There was a.problem with the heating and warm water, but they sorted the problem the next day. The room itself was a little an the cold side, though.
