"Such a cute place, great location and lots of snacks!"

"Parking was a bit of an issue, but manageable. Staff was excellent, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Don't miss the outdoor garden with the heated seats/bench, a lovely spot. The proximity to so many of the things which make SF special was amazing. Shopping, eats, bars (The Page and Gigis both stand out), Golden Gate Park, the fun SF vibe all made the trip and stay memorable. We'll be back to stay at the Metro! "

"Central location, old style Pensione Hotel, Cental bathroom and that's ok. It's all about location! You're on Market Street close to everything you need. Parking is simple but park off Market OR you might get towed. Park and walk. Grab rooms towards the back. Less streetlight glare and street noise. "

"This is a great little place to stay in the Castro. My friend and I stayed for 1 night for a concert, and it was a great location and very comfortable bed!!!!! Slightly noisy being right on Market street but honestly wasn’t terrible. Highly recommend ! "
