"Having not been to Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur before, I was a little confused about finding the check-in, reception. The main entrance is inside the mall, at the far end of the East Wing on Level G. The room, while dated in furnishings, was extremely clean and spacious. Very easy access to the elevators, the suite came with both a double and a single bed, as well as full-sized bath and separate shower. Will certainly stay here again if I come back to KL."

"The property is a bit old. Towels are old and torn. The lift moving up and down can be heard constantly throughout the day and night. Train line from both directions are constant, you’ll get use to it. But it certainly will wake you up. Good is the sofa, kitchen, and comfortable bed. TV Streaming and Internet is also good. There’s only two lifts and if one is broken, you’ll wait for very very long, as in nearly 30 minutes. We ended up walking down the stairs. Shower is cold, the hot water is not...

"Zimmer war sauber, auf Mängel habe ich hingewiesen. Ich bin zuversichtlich, dass der Gastgeber diese beheben wird. Lage ist direkt bei der MonorailStation, allerdings etwas schwer zu finden oder ich war einfach zu dusselig. Ich war dort nur 1 Nacht, aber insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
