Fabulous place. My 15 year old and I stayed in room 402! From the living room you can can see the castle so clearly!

This was a beautiful hotel and conveniently located across the street from the train station. Noise was not a problem. Brig is fairly small so its location was great. The room was bigger than standard (we had a double) with a small balcony and great views. The room and hotel were clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable

Second time i have been there, i am a huge traveller, spending every week in another hotel around the world, this is the best hotel i have ever been!! Special tnx to the belgian receptionist! She is one of a kind!!

The main hotel, room, and dining are all fabulous and in great condition. Our room had a lively terrace with amazing views and everything about it we loved. The included breakfast was very fresh with lots of options and in the amazing hall. The onsite gym was really well stocked for a hotel gym, but the spa left a little to be desired for a hotel of this caliber, especially the hall/entry and the pools/hot tubs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% come back again.

This hotel in Kandersteg is beautiful and very centrally located. Only about a 10 minute walk from the Kandersteg cable car station which takes you to the famous lake Oeschinensee. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing as well.

It’s a short walk to Barzette for the ski. The staff is friendly and made my stay absolutely fantastic.

The spa could be open one more hour .. els everything was amazing top stars better then the cambrian hotel by fare.

Great place to rest and be away from the crowd. We simply loved the area and the hotel.

Very nice hotel. So close to the train station. A 2 minute walk. Wonderful full breakfast is included with beautiful out side seating on the 6th floor. Staff is so helpful. We needed a power converter and they were able to supply it no problem. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel.

Rustic older property on the outside but beautiful, clean, modern room on the inside. Delightful.

Parking is in the front of the hotel, good size room, mountain view, balcony, good value for the money.
