Thh hotel staff and owner are impeccable in customer service all they do. The hotel is immaculately maintained. The breakfast is extensive and essential for manuvering the daily hiking, climbing, biking regiment. The beds are like heavenly clouds and the balcony breeze and views are stunning. Wir durften ein Upgrade unseres Zimmers geniessen (mit Balkon). Service, Frühstück-Buffet und Nachtessen waren top. Von Vergünstigungen für Leukerbad Therme und Gemmibahn konnten wir profitieren. Leider war die Nähe zur Alpentherme nicht von Vorteil, da das Burgerbad (Leukerbad Therme) um Welten besser ist. Lage sonst absolut o.k. (Nähe Torrent-Bahn). Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
