Hammocks on the beach have nets around the coconuts so they don't fall on your head, staff smiles and says hello good morning how was your day, the grounds are manicured with no detail spared, the pool invites you for a swim, a beautiful beach,they have bacon for breakfast, they have an art gallery to enjoy paintings and a ping pong table, the tours arranged from the front desk are with your own driver and they are kind patient and knowledgeable, they have a DVD library to catch up on movies ......
Staff was amazing! Rooms are nice but bathroom needs more light for wife to do makeup. Extremely comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is good, 3 out of 4 dinners were good, the ribs were overcooked. I would recommend this over and over again. Really can’t say enough about how attentive the staff is.
The property was very well maintained. The staff were very courteous. We arrived in Bohol without any itinerary on what to do or where to go, but they were very helpful in providing us with a guide of what to do, where to go, places to eat from, and even had the prices of the activities. They also have contacts on rides and boat that made us feel safer. Their personalized touch and thoughtful recommendations made us really feel welcome and special. A great place that everyone should consider.

I am not a fan of dogs lingering around the resort especially in the dining area and barked loudly every now and then.
I understand the resort owners owns the dogs. This is a business establishment, not a kennel resort.
Would’ve been nice if they were kept distance away from resort guests at all time.
I would’ve enjoyed my stay entirely if not for the dogs.
Other than that, staff did an awesome job to make my stay comfortable.
My wife and I just spent 5 days at the Linaw. We had a great time overall and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway without all the touristy attractions. It's quite far from any busy area, and the beach isn't much except to look out at the sea. I imagine the sunset is great, but the weather was overcast during our stay.

Incredible place, we had a fantastic time. I guess we got lucky because on a few dining occasions we were the only ones there which was very special. Everybody did a wonderful job and the pool is magnificent. If you haven’t been there yet you need to get there… The room was perfect. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast and lunch was incredible and the pool beyond magnificent. Right off the main road so you can access transportation easily.
This was a wonderful surprise, a hotel on top of a hill overlooking the ocean in southern Bohol. The staff was great, the food very good, the swimming pool refreshing and the cottages very well designed. A little bit out of the way, but an excellent option if you want tranquility.
