We stayed at the Holy Sheet during our recent family trip. The hotel was easy to locate (signage posted on street poles, showing directions to elevator entrance). Once you arrived on the 9th floor, you do have to climb one more set of stairs, but the staff was there to carry our luggage up for us. The rooms were very spacious and had fantastic balconies. I would recommend the Staybridge Suites in Cairo to any American traveling to Cairo. Although it was not close to the tourist sites, Our one bedroom suite provided a welcome retreat from the often overwhelming chaos that is Cairo. I paid a little extra for the room with a view of the pyramids and wow it was so worth it. You have to tune out the horn honking because it's on a major street.
