"Except for waiting 25 minutes at the check-in for one party to check-in ahead of us, the hotel was fine. "

"The hotel was OK, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the hallway had a major odor during our stay, and our toilet wasn't functioning properly (although they did fix it). Shower had a slow drain etc. The location was good and it served its purpose."

"Not sure “quality” describes this hotel. Didn’t have much choice as we were in town for my uncle’s funeral on short notice. Staff was mostly invisible. “Breakfast buffet” was a joke with store bought donuts & muffins, waffle station with no toppings, no fruit or protein items, no juice or water available, no non-dairy creamer for coffee, pallet of paint & supplies in small lobby made it difficult for our son in large power wheelchair to navigate. Elevator was shady, thought it might break down on each use. Will not book here or other “Quality Inn” again. "

"The staff was very nice. The rooms were ok. The insulation is not great so noise from room to room. Elevators were broken for at least a couple days and it is a 5 floor building. Quiet area. "

"This is a gem of a place. I have stayed at the abner many times and am delighted to say it is always a treat. The hotel is warm charming sparkling clean and perfectly located with shopping and dining just outside your doors. The rooms are comfortably appointed with all the extras of a posh stay . The breakfast is a must and don’t skip the frittata. Dinner is a cozy culinary experience with an ample menu to cover many tastes but dine exquisitely. If open do not miss out on the rooftop lounge and bar perfectly cultivated for cocktails and conversation. "
