"I will rate the Hotel 5 stars for customer service, polite and always asking if I was ok. The facility was tidy and recently renovated. I stayed in the upgraded room, with smart TV and internet access. I enjoyed a complimentary access to the Lekki Conservation Centre, 5 mins away. The gym was fully equipped with an instructor. Although there's some road construction in the area, the Hotel is very much accessible. Its also close to the beach but I didnt have time to check it. I would definitely...

"Staff was ok, food menu was very limited, windows were left wide open, there was music blasting until 4 am and not allowing us to sleep. We mentioned something about it and nothing was done to address it."

"Booked three rooms for two days and it was wasted because I never stayed. The whole hotel was neglected. Looks more like a construction site. Different from pictures online. Exterior ok but the interior was a sight. It stinks, smells of different types of bad things. I straight up asked the receptionist if room is same as how the lobby and downstairs looks, she assured me rooms are very good. I asked same question many times.
