"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch.
The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture.
The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant.
Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500.

"I need my refund back please as the hotel confirmed my reservation is not confirmed after payment made through my klarna account. A bit disappointed when I called to confirm my booking early that same day and was told that the hotel had stopped any bussiness deal with expedia over 2 years ago and was suprise so wasn't allowed.i will really appreciate if you guy's can refund the initial payments made and cancle the whole booking "
