"We stayed at the Vishaka for 10 nights. The staff was so friendly and helpline especially the reception staff who was ready to help with everything. It’s a short walk from the beach but cosy and quiet which we prefer. The rooms were very nice and clean but a bit used. Nice to have the private pool also. Value for money and we can only recommend the hotel. "

"Loved the pool has table and 4 chairs to sit drink eat etc,loved the massage room with massage table and spa, loved my massages ordered thru hotel, big outdoor projector to view at night only, tvs in room, reception front desk staff very informative and if they are not sure they will check and let you know asap, staff were amazing yo my son,downsides, pool burns on my 6 year old, no microwave, no kettle/jug to make your own coffee tea during the day or night... overall I would come back here...

"The Ion Bali Benoa is an excellent place to stay if you like the quiet atmosphere, the whole facility is kept clean and tidy , the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the staff are very obliging and friendly, easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach and some small shopping places, the costing is amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxed and quiet holiday.
