"Definitely a good financial option when it comes to lodging if you're looking for no frills and just a place to lay your head at night. The property is well-maintained as are the rooms. Just so you're aware, the property location is near downtown Chandler which, for most downtowns, can be a bit sketchy. The only other thing I can point out is that the property is well-maintained, it is very austere -- there are zero plants, trees, etc. to soften all of the hardscape (only rocks, concrete,...

"Apt was comfortable and easy to navigate when it came to check in. I also enjoyed that there was a good amount of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. I would book again if i return to Mesa, AZ. Host was also very communicative and great!!"
