"First off the staff were amazing from the moment we drove up to the property, then with urgency getting a cart for the bags, the front desk were very knowledgeable ( if they didn’t know something they found out for you) bottom line very professional but personable. They just had a soft opening 5/25, we arrived on the 28th. Not being able to speak fluent japanese they all made an effort to help me. "Enjoyable stay for 2 nights, spacious room with Ocean View and balcony. Breakfast was ok, maybe we have very high expectation as many good comments. We also used the onsen and heated swimming pool, which charge 1500 yen per person and you can use on the second day too. Car park is 500 yen per night. "

"I stayed in the South Tower. The staff, amenities, facilities, food, rooms, and spa were excellent! I have been to a few islands on Hawaii, Boracay Philippines, Cayman Islands, Aruba, Curacao, Miami Beach, and the Florida Keys for beach vacations. I am only mentioning this to emphasize that Okinawa is a top 3 destination for me and this Sheraton is probably the best resort I have stayed in. I love this place!"

"This property had a lovely view of the beach even if this hotel isn’t a resort. The man who received us was so kind and sweet. He really made our stay that much better since he was very understanding that we don’t speak Japanese. The room was so spacious and we had the room with the tatami mat as well. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back to stay here again!"
