For sure one of the premier properties in Banos and the location in front of the waterfall can’t be beat! Plus a large outdoor pool, game room, pool front bar, indoor hot tubs and spa, all first class! The breakfast buffet with the patio overlooking the waterfall is amazing too!!! I strongly recommend. We have stayed at both the outdoor cabanas and the indoor rooms. Only downside to all rooms (especially if you’re used to AC) is the lack of fans or AC. Thankfully maintenance sent us a fan or we...
Habitaciones confortables y organizadas. Excelente limpieza.
I had an amazing solo stay at Deluxe Volcán. The room was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the breathtaking panoramic view over Baños. Relaxing in the bathtub while looking out over the mountains and the town was unforgettable. The floor to ceiling windows made it feel like the scenery was part of the room.
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I got lost twice while hiking a nearby waterfall, and both times they came to pick me up without...

It's in a neighborhood just below the hike/stairs to the Virgen viewpoint. It's very quiet and safe, but the setting was a bit more "in town" than I expected from the photos. The location, though, wound up being very convenient. We walked into the center of town several times but since we had a car, we also drove a few...
We stayed 2 days and enjoyed this time very much. It was raining and we chose not to leave the property. There were million things to do: long swimming in the pool. The water was perfect, the music pleasing, the view unbelievable.
Then there is this park with peacocks and many pleasant surprises around each corner. Then there was a huge hall with a piano. We played and then brought our iPad for the music and danced.
We also took SPA procedure everyday. My husband loved his guy. My Norma was...
